The champions League season kicked off last evening with Arsenal playing against PSG in Paris.

The Gunners had a false start after the French side scored on the 42nd second of the match through Edison cavanis header. PSG went on to enjoy much of the possession in the first half. They also had some scoring chances but David Ospina stood tall against the likes of cavani and di Maria.

In the 2nd half we didn't start well. Ospina had to do some extra work to make sure PSG didn't score from time to time. Ospina was was a surprise inclusion in our first 11 ahead of first  choice petr Cech having not represented the club since April.

Olivier Giroud came in as a substitute in the 63rd minute, and this where Arsenal's game improved and it didn't take long before Alexis Sanchez found the net after scoring from Alex Iwobi saved shot.

Another highlight of the match was the sending off of Giroud after been shown a second yellow card and he is likely to miss our next champions League match.
